We assess your current and past lifestyle habits so that we’re upto speed before we get started with your journey. We will understand your eating habits, sleeping habits, daily activity levels, allergies, medications, training patterns, etc. as this will help us profile you as accurately as possible.

One-on-One training

Individuality is the crux of our fitness philosophy and we ensure that our attention and focus is on you only. Once we have all the relevant information about you, considering that, we design an optimal program which is specific to you and your goals.

Bespoke Nutrition

Our in-house nutritionist to take care of your nutritional and lifestyle necessities through constant communication and feedback. Our nutritional services can be in the form of a new diet plan or there can be modifications in your current eating pattern. Constant monitoring and communication from our team ensures you stay consistent.

Dedicated Coaches

Coaches who are equally passionate about your health and fitness goals, guiding and motivating you every step of the way. Every rep of every set of every workout is thoroughly monitored by an AG coach because how we do one thing is how we do everything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the studio if I am not training under the AG Program?

No. Antigravity Club is a private studio reserved for our members only.

Is there an age limit for becoming a member of Antigravity?

Any individual 12 years and above is eligible to become a member of AG.

What are the hours of business at the studio?

Bandra – 7:00am to 10:30pm
South Mumbai – 6:00am to 10:30pm

How many times per week can I workout?

That depends on which membership you opt for. All our membership packages have
(i) using our studio 3 times per week
or
(ii) using our studio 4 times per week

Once I become a member of AG, does it mean I can use both the Bandra and South Mumbai studios?

Yes but this is subject to availability of slots.

What are the criteria to become a Gold Member at AG?

(i) You and your sibling/friend/cousin/relatives etc. agree to workout at a fixed time slot on days that align with each individual's routine.
(ii) Both individuals must have similar workout preferences and taste.
(iii) Both individuals must have similar health and fitness goals.
(iv) Both individuals must be at a similar fitness level.
(v) Both individuals wish to sign up for the same duration.

We meet all the criteria mentioned in A1, but our nutritional choices aren't aligned, can we still become Gold Members?

For example: if one member is a non-vegetarian and the other is vegetarian or vegan, both are eligible to opt for our Gold Membership.
The answer is Yes.

Can changes be made in our training program after Commencement?

Yes, provided that both individuals agree to the changes and are on the same page.

How are the workouts structured?

Provided that all criteria are met, the training program is based around a common fitness goal and preference. The exact structure of the workouts is subjective as a number of factors are taken into consideration before we start the program.
But in a more general sense:
First 10 minutes - warm up and mobility and dynamic stretching
Next 50 to 70 minutes - main workout
Last 10 minutes - cool down and stretching
The duration of each workout at AG varies between 60 to 90 minutes.

What if am late to the session?

No problem, we completely understand that last minute changes always occur in an individual's routine.

I’ve heard that the 'Antigravity Workout' is too intense and I'm afraid that I won't be able to keep up. Is this true?

Absolutely not. As mentioned earlier, each workout is individualised and customised as per your preferences, fitness level and fitness goals. For example, if you're an individual who dislikes challenging workouts, we take that into consideration before you start your program. Of course, we will put you to test here and there, but nowhere close to the limit where you feel dissatisfied.

I have injuries, can I still become a member and train?

Yes absolutely; we create a program to work around your injury to ensure you're on the right track to recovery whilst maintaining your fitness levels.
