THE STUDIO

 

  • Where are you located? 

Pali Hill, Nargis Dutt Road.

 

  • Do you have showers? 

Yes, We do. We've got two washrooms with one having a shower unit

 

  • Do i need to bring my own water? 

You would need to bring your own bottle. The club has a water dispenser

 

  • Any essentials to bring to the gym? 

Nothing at all. Bring your soul and leave the rest to us.


 

THE SESSIONS

 

  • What happens if I'm late for a session?

If you're more than 10 minutes late to the session, please understand we do not want to disrupt the flow of the session hence you will have to continue the workout as it is.

 

  • What are the different packages available? (All prices are inclusive of GST)

    • Per Session = Rs. 1,200/-

    • Four Sessions = Rs. 4500/-

    • Eight Sessions = Rs. 7,000/-

You can also book out the whole space as a private class for you and your friends/family at the cost of Rs. 8,000/- (Inclusive of GST)

 

  • What kind of training is undergone in these sessions?

Training differs as per the class chosen within the vault. Please see our classes section.

 

  • I am a beginner, will i be ok with the style of training?

No experience is needed before walking into “The Vault” 

 

  • Do you offer private hire for groups or corporate event?

  • How long is each session? 

Each Session lasts for 45 - 60 minutes depending on the class chosen.

 

  • Do you have a beginner class? 

No we don't. However we request each 1st timer to our class to arrive 10 minutes before their session for briefing instructions

Every 1st Timer - It is mandatory to arrive 10 minutes prior to your 1st session.

 

  • When should I arrive?

Just be on time.

 

  • How do i add myself to the waitlist of a session?

By Simply visiting our branch or calling the contact number mentioned. 


 

BUYING SESSIONS AND PACKAGES

 

  • Can i pay and buy the sessions online? 

Yes, sessions & packages can be purchased from our website 

 

  • How do i book sessions? 

By simply visiting us at our branch on Pali Hill or Booking it Online at our websitewww.antigravity.club or Contact us on         +91-9321041946

 

  • Can I transfer or share my package with others?

Nope.

 

  • Do i need to own my own gloves?

Gloves will be provided at the club which must be returned after the session. However inner wraps will be given to you which are yours to keep

 

  • Is there any refund policy?

No, we do not accept any refunds on sessions or packages.

 

  • Can i come twice a day? Will it be counted as two sessions? 

Yes, and yes it will be counted as 2 sessions


 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

 

  • What happens if I don't show up?

If there is a no show without any communication with the club to inform them, your session will not be returned. 

 

  • What is the cancellation policy? Do i get back my session?

The club must be informed at least 6 hours prior to your session about any cancellations or changes or else the session will be accounted for.


 

PACKAGE EXPIRY

 

  • I purchased a package, how long is it active for? 

    • Single Session : Will expire in 7 days from purchase 

    • Four Sessions : Will Expire in 21 days from purchase 

    • Eight Sessions : Will expire in 42 days from purchase  

 

  • Can I walk in and speak with someone for package enquiries? 

Of Course, there will always be someone at our help desk

“LOCKED IN”

 

  • What is “Locked in” ? 

45 Minutes of High Intensity Interval Training including 3 stations (Boxing, Strength and Conditioning). Three Rounds in total

 

  • What are the benefits of Boxing?

Boxing is a great workout because it thoroughly engages the entire body and the mind!

  • Improved Muscular Endurance

  • Do i have to be at any fitness level to do this workout? 

Absolutely not ! No fitness experience is required before walking into this class. 

 

  • If I suffer from any of the following (Dizziness, asthma, blood pressure, migraine, physiological injuries), is it okay for me to take this class? 

The workout is extremely safe, however if you do suffer from any of the following - Please consult your general physician before signing up. 

 

  • Do i need to bring any gloves or wrap? 

Nope. Gloves & Wraps will be provided to you at the reception desk when you enter, they are to be returned to the reception desk after the class is completed. 



 

“BARs”

  • What is BARs? 

45 Minutes of intense calisthenics - bodyweight & core training. It is primarily an upper body centric workout. 

 

  • Do i have to be at any sort of level to engage in this class? 

We recommend you to fill in your current level during the booking of BARs to ensure an effective workout is set as per your calibre. 

 

  • If I suffer from any of the following (Dizziness, asthma, blood pressure, migraine, physiological injuries), is it okay for me to take this class? 

The workout is extremely safe, however if you do suffer from any of the following - Please consult your general physician before signing up. 



 

“BOOTY TRAP”

 

  • What is “BOOTY TRAP” ? 

60 Minutes of High Intensity Glute - centric exercises. It is primarily a lower body workout. 

 

  • Do i have to be at any fitness level to do this workout? 

Absolutely not ! No fitness experience is required before walking into this class. 

 

  • If I suffer from any of the following (Dizziness, asthma, blood pressure, migraine, physiological injuries), is it okay for me to take this class? 

The workout is extremely safe, however if you do suffer from any of the following - Please consult your general physician before signing up. 

 

  • Does this class involve weights? 

If your goal is to get well shaped glutes, you cannot do so without weights. The workout is conducted in a very safe manner. To ensure you get a “bang for your buck” we involve weights in certain movements.
